- We’re expanding our ride-hailing department in Bogotá, and right now we’re looking for a Business Development Specialist, who will be responsible for Ride-Hailing services development.
**What you will do**:
- Generation and implementation of ideas focused on a business gross in the region-
- Daily track of main business KPIs: identifying gaps/increases, generating insights/hypothesizes & testing them aiming to improve general business performance-
- Gather and analyze data using: Google Spreadsheets, tableau, swrve, data studio-
- Competitor's strategy and activities monitoring-
- Monitoring daily environment situations that can impact our service-
- Full ownership and lead of tasks from the Business Development Manager**What we expect from you**:
- English proficiency;-
- +3 years of experience in project management, business development, and/or product development-
- Analytical mindset, experience in working and analyzing data-
- Well-structured approach to problem-solving, ability to generate hypotheses and test them quickly-
- Experience in CustDev marketing research, creation surveys, and holding Focus groups-
- Ability to conduct MVP-
- Readiness for business trips inside the country (20-30%) and overseas (rarely)-
- Proficiency in Excel/Google sheets (must)-
- Experience in aggregators or marketplaces (b2c and b2b) will be a strong advantage.-
