**Role Purpose**:
The core objective of this role is to support the Endoscopy Product Manager in achieving the goals and objectives of the division (bariatric).
**What we are looking for in you**:
- Professional in engineering, nursing, health care science or business and administrative areas with experience in a clinical or sales healthcare environment
- Previous experience in commercial, field clinical specialist, and/or marketing roles desired (+3 years)
- Experience communicating the product’s market advantages to physicians and healthcare providers in general.
- Experience in managing distributors and multiple accounts.
- Experience in teaching and educating physicians, nurses, peers, and patients.
- Experience in development market of new or exclusive products, including launches or re-launch strategy.
- Clinical excellence, to correctly support the physicians during the preparation of devices and during the procedure at the same clinical high level.
- English Level: advanced. Minimum requirement B2
- Availability for local, regional, and international travels
- Must have experience in the bariatric surgery market or nutritional obesity market.

**Responsibilities**:
- Market development and management, identify the actual potential and served market, definition of customer/user targeting, segmentation, and each product portfolio value proposition and clinical message. Identify and define requirements for market development programs (DEMOS, product evaluations, trainee materials).
- Lead market therapy analysis for endobariatric market and endoscopy defect closure market: competitors, trends, behavior patterns, prices, portfolio, pains, trials, clinical data, objection management, KOLs relationships management.
- Lead commercial meetings and sales management to introduce and promote the therapy with the physicians and administrative health care providers involve in the process.
- Provide quality technical support to achieve procedural success and the best user experiences with the device. Educate implanting teams on proper indications for devices procedures. Knowledge of Clinical trial protocols.
- Lead a social media marketing strategy, to promote and leverage the value proposition offer to our customer, help them to acquire more leads and get more potential users. And also to promote the e-commerce portal, and the business intelligence data analysis.
- Influence and maintain motivated the actual distributors and warranty the correct and same message in the market to the direct and channel partner business collaborative worker.
- Identify patient/product/device journey and referral networks opportunities and strategies for the endobariatric and closure defects therapies from referral, fellows, nurses, technician, purchaser, and all the health care providers.
- Work together with sales representative, account executives and field clinical specialist to achieve business division plan, engage key opinion leaders in educational or promotional activities (product evaluations, collection of specific voice of customer feedback, preparation, and delivery of sales force training activities) and support the commercial planning & execution processes.
- Active participation in customer and user/society education meetings and conventions, helping drive and maintain quality initiatives and global best practice initiatives.
- 80% on the field, national /regional travel availability, 20% planning, analysis, and digital marketing execution.
