As a **Carrier Sales Representative,** you will work with our existing network of carriers, as well as build and develop your own carrier base to negotiate rates and effectively support our customer base. This role combines inside sales, account management, and operational activities to meet the needs of our customers. This is a fast-paced environment with high pressure and deadlines to meet daily.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Source qualified transportation providers and develop relationships
- Research new carriers, generate leads, and develop new carrier relationships
- Leverage technology and data to make informed decisions and improve efficiency
- Identify issues proactively and follow up until completion
- Maintain and establish relationships with carriers to expand service and capacity opportunities
- Track customer orders & communicate efficiently with carrier base for information
- Ensure shipment details are accurately communicated and tracked in the system
- Understand volatility in pricing markets, seasonal trends, disruptions, etc

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Studies**:High School Degree is **required**. Desirable studies in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics related. Additional studies are also considered.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years minimum of Freight Brokerage experience required
- **Language**: Advanced English skills. B2 or C1 preferred.

**Perks**:

- **Schedule**:Monday to friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm., following the American Calendar.
- **Contract**: Indefinite contract + benefits.
- **Location**: Only from **Colombia**. This position will be **remote**.
- **Salary**: 3.800.000 COP
