At this point, Zelh is looking for a **Logistics Inside Sales Representative for** the US logistics company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to SMB businesses to promote our freight services.
- Generate leads and set appointments with potential clients.
- Use provided leads and proactively source your own leads to maximize sales opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their freight needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Manage the sales pipeline and update CRM systems with lead information and sales activities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- At least 2 years of track record of sales success, preferably in the domestic transportation and logistics industry.
- Proven experience in brokerage, carrier sales, outbound phone sales, and logistics.
- Fluent in English (oral and written) and will be a plus Fluency in Spanish
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

**Working conditions**:

- Work week schedule: Monday-Friday - 7 am - 4 pm CST
