**Role Purpose**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
- Build and report performance of digital marketing initiatives key performance indicators.
- Create and manage daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Monitor all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules to ensure a consistent brand message.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data, metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
- Analyze SM trends and data to inform effective digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the digital and creative agencies and/or in-house designer and/or members of the marketing and creative teams to develop integrated campaigns across various channels. Support identify and develop winning creatives.
- Support monitor and manage SM accounts and respond to inquiries and feedback.
- Identify potential areas for improvement and making recommendations for changes to increase engagement and conversion.
- Stay up to date with changes in SM algorithms and digital marketing best practices.
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers through social media to create influencer activations and Influencer marketing strategies.
- Create and manage Influencer marketing strategies.
**Experience**
- At least 3 years of experience working in a media agency, client-side digital marketing and/or marketing role.
- Experience in supporting managing digital campaigns.
- Ability to create content for all channels.
- Ability to manage multiple disciplines and tasks.
- Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, and PPC advertising is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
- Experience of working in an international matrix team environment.
- Good collaboration skills with colleagues at all levels in the organization.
- Effectively manage the performance of team members, motivating and inspiring them toward achieving goals.
**Qualifications & Knowledge**
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related discipline
- Strong communication skill (internal and external).
- Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
- Proficient in MS Applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
- Knowledge of social media: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Spotify, Twitch and TikTok.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge is a plus (SEO, SEM, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, FB Business Suite).
