**Responsabilidades**:
- Atender de manera efectiva y amable las solicitudes de los clientes a través de llamadas telefónicas.
- Proporcionar información precisa y oportuna sobre los servicios de la compañía naviera.
- Resolver problemas y quejas de los clientes de manera proactiva y eficiente.
- Mantener un alto nível de satisfacción del cliente en todo momento.

**Requisitos**:
- ** Experiência**: Mínimo 3 años de experiência como Agente de Atención Telefónica.
- ** Idiomas**: Dominio avanzado de español e inglés.
- ** Habilidades**: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, empatía y resolución de problemas.
- ** Disponibilidad**: Disponibilidad para trabajar en horario nocturno de medio tiempo.
- ** Herramientas**: Conocimientos básicos de herramientas informáticas y sistemas de atención al cliente.
