**Cómo sería un día a día con este rol**:
Como Preventa -Multivendor en SoftwareOne, tendrás una oportunidad excepcional para aportar tu experiência técnica y competencia en ventas, impulsando resultados empresariales impactantes. Desempeñarás un papel crucial en el apoyo a nuestro equipo de ventas y clientes en Colombia y México, evaluando cuidadosamente los requisitos, elaborando soluciones a medida y garantizando una magnífica implementación. Tu contribución será fundamental para fomentar las historias de éxito de los clientes y cultivar relaciones duraderas.

Que esperamos de tí:
**Perfil**: Profesional en ingeniería de sistemas o carreas afines con experiência en Data & IA aportando conocimientos técnicos y orientación especializada en el proceso de venta para facilitar el cierre del negocio.

**Habilidades requeridas en alguno de los siguientes temas**:

- Dominio en soluciones de continuidad del negocio.
- Conocimiento en Veeam - Commeault - Watson - Dynatrece.
- Dominio de plataformas en la nube.
- Comprensión en pruebas de concepto.

**Habilidades adicionales**:

- Aplicar un profundo conocimiento del producto para recomendar soluciones de licencias apropiadas, adaptadas a las necesidades y objetivos específicos de cada cliente.
- Proporcionar conocimientos técnicos y mentoría especializada a lo largo del proceso de ventas para respaldar resultados comerciales exitosos.
- Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas y los clientes para evaluar con precisión los requisitos, objetivos y limitaciones.
- Aplicar habilidades analíticas para evaluar y medir eficazmente las oportunidades, asegurando que estén alineadas con las expectativas del cliente y las capacidades organizacionales.

**Conocimientos deseables**:

- Capacidad para explicar conceptos como regresión, clasificación, clustering y redes neuronales a clientes con diferentes níveles de conocimiento técnico.
- Experiência en la aplicación de técnicas de IA y aprendizaje automático a problemas del mundo real en distintos dominios, como la salud, las finanzas, el comercio minorista, etc.
