**Nassau National Cable** is an industrial **e-commerce** company that has been in the industrial space and has grown 500% in the last 2 years with offices in 6 countries. We are looking for a Social Media Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales and the brand positioning.
- Position: Full-time.
- Location: Hybrid. (Medellin, Col).
- Salary: 700 - 800 USD (Negotiable).
- Experience: 2 years minimum
- US Holidays OFF.
- Weekends OFF.
- English required - **C1 or higher.**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- This is an entrepreneurial position where you’ll be in charge of developing Social media platforms as a new business channel. We require a self-starter who is not afraid to build from the ground up.
- Define the most important social media KPIs.
- Copywriting and designing to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Monitor the company’s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users.
- Plan a content calendar with interactions and posts for a month. Organization Required
- Create content to increase engagement and followers.
- Submit a Report on a weekly basis and be prepared to to work on Saturdays.
- Take action when requested by supervisors

**Requirements and skills**:

- Managing and growing a team to build out Social as a demonstrated sales chanel.
- A strong design ability to manage a design portfolio proving a high level of creativity and technical execution.
- We provide a lot of latitude allowing you to grow the business without micromanaging.
- Long hours, Start-up environment with lots of demand from management.Management will not ask you to do anything they don’t do, very hands-on and everyone shares ideas.

Proactively engage in setting up a plan of action to accomplish all goals.
Accept criticism and always put the company first.
Get results
- Managing Ad Spend and ROI for each platformsHave a good understanding of how AD’s works for other platforms

Building a team to manage platforms and ads and design knowing how to manage a team is critical.
- Motion Graphics and Editing knowledge will be highly appreciated. (Not a requirement)
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media platforms is a must fluency and experience in each platform
- Managing and reviewing traffic metrics.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs.
- English required - **C1 or higher.**
