THE ROLE:

We seek a dynamic and forward-thinking Social Media Strategist passionate about crafting engaging and innovative content. Your role will involve harnessing your creativity and strategic prowess to develop and implement effective social media strategies that elevate brand potential on different social platforms.
The Social Media Strategist has the following roles and accountabilities:

  • Tailor social media strategies to meet specific client expectations and brand guidelines, ensuring client satisfaction and achieving brand goals.
  • Create Monthly Content Calendars to maintain a consistent and engaging brand presence across social media platforms.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee content creation to optimize engagement and resonate with the target audience.
  • Utilize Meta Ads Manager to strategically amplify campaigns, optimize post-performance, and reach the intended audience effectively.
  • Generate insightful reports showcasing social media performance, analyze key metrics, and derive actionable insights to refine strategies and demonstrate progress toward objectives.
  • Work closely with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to plan and execute compelling content creation.
YOU BRING:

The ideal candidate would have the following attributes:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media management, including calendar creation and report generation.
  • Demonstrate creativity in developing engaging social media content and strategies, from research to execution.
  • Proficiency in community management skills, with a strong focus on channels like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Strong affinity with audiovisual media and a solid understanding of platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive mindset, always seeking solutions and opportunities.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring high-quality and accurate work.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, understand their requirements and maintain a strong working relationship to meet and exceed expectations.
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal) and Spanish (optional).
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
  • Knowledge in amplification management using Meta Ads Manager.
  • Previous experience in social media management specific to the restaurant industry, understanding the nuances and strategies relevant to this sector.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and drive to proactively stay updated on the evolving digital marketing landscape, emerging trends, and best practices.
  • Located in Bogota (Colombia).
