As a Bids & Proposal Consultant, you will oversee the day-to-day management and execution of all response activities for specific assigned projects ranging a wide variety of complexity and size to ensure the on-time delivery of high-quality and fully responsive deliverables.

Your primary role includes responding to and coordinating support with other internal resources/teams for Vendor Form completion for both pre
- and post-sales support. This role will also include supporting smaller Request for Information (RFI) requests and working with Senior Proposal Managers to support them on larger Requests for Proposal (RFP) as well as learning relevant processes. Vendor forms include a wide variety of corporate requests that may require responding with information from Finance, Human Resources, Corporate Social Responsibility, Information Security, Privacy, Product, and other internal groups.

Requests include responses to corporate due diligence requests, billing/invoicing and other required form and documents required by prospects or new clients as a part of the Sales process, or prior to contract signing. Support for current clients also submit information/documentation requests as a part of their vendor due diligence, or other requests required by regulations/law (such as financial institutions or regulated industry, etc.) This can also include a variety of corporate questions to respond to, including general financial viability, corporate social responsibility/sustainability/diversity information, security and privacy questions, and a variety of related assessments.

You will also help maintain and update a database of boilerplate and reusable corporate content that is approved for release, and which can be used for a variety of types of requests, as well as corporate information sections in RFPs.

- Develops a response plan and realistic schedule based on variety of factors, including complexity, resource availability, priority, etc.
- Maintains response process discipline, exercising control over and managing work distribution, communication plans, schedules, and deadlines.
- Ability to use MS Office Suite software (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) as well as Adobe Professional
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Business, Marketing, Engineering or similar disciplines or possess equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
- A minimum of 2-3 years corporate work experience desired, working with corporate content/documents, proposal support, project planning, sales operations or similar corporate environment, with an understanding of general corporate internal workflows.

- Strong ability to work independently, while understanding the need to escalate issues that may impact operations.
- Business writing, and editorial experience a plus

- Beyond 90 days - Will start to manage and support responses independently, update standard content as necessary, and get support from senior team members as required for new and/or unusual requirements. Will continue to grow and build out further internal support relationships with SMEs.
- This work will directly support Sales and Account Management teams, supporting their sales efforts, and completing a wide variety of documents that are required to be completed before a prospect signs a contract, or are required for the continued positive relationship and to meet ongoing requirements from current customers.
