What You’ll Do

You'll report to the Vice President of Marketing.

During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Manage a team of Growth Marketers and provide guidance, feedback, and coaching.
- Work closely with industry portfolio sales and business leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities.
- Define, design and implement growth marketing strategies and collaborate to deliver sales enablement win kits and campaigns that align with the sales funnel and target segments.
- Collaborate to optimize and experiment with different channels, platforms, messages, and tactics to increase conversions and retention.
- Analyze and report on the performance and impact of growth marketing initiatives with support from the insights team.
- Identify and collaborate to leverage new technologies, tools, and best practices to improve growth marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

What You Bring to the Role
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
- Proven track record of delivering successful growth marketing campaigns that drive revenue and customer loyalty.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team building while working in a collaborative environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in using various marketing platforms, tools, and software.
- Creative, innovative, and customer-centric mindset.
