As a Full Stack Marketing Leader, you will drive our strategic marketing initiatives to boost customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, operations, and third parties. Your creativity, analytical mindset, and passion for customer-centric marketing will be key to your success in this role.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Plan Implementation**: Implement and oversee the comprehensive strategic plan for the marketing department, ensuring all marketing activities align with company goals and are executed successfully.
- **Buyer Journey Tactics**:Design, implement, and monitor marketing strategies tailored to each phase of the "Buyer Journey". Identify and leverage opportunities to attract, convert, close, and retain B2B customers, maximizing conversion and retention.
- **Market Research and Customer Segmentation**:Identify target audiences and develop personalized marketing campaigns.
- **Data Analysis and Performance Metrics**:Use data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize ROI.
- **Product Team Collaboration**:Identify opportunities to enhance user experience and launch new features.
- **A/B Testing and Continuous Experimentation**: Continuously optimize marketing strategies and conversion rates through A/B testing and experimentation.
**Position Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools, web analytics platforms, and CRM systems (experience with HubSpot/SalesForce is necesary).
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in growth or digital marketing roles.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven marketing experience.
- Proficient in conversational English, minimum B2/C1 level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on measurable growth and ROI.
**Desired Qualifications**:
- Experience in the healthcare or technology industry, SaaS, and B2B marketing.
- Familiarity with customer experience (CX) concepts and strategies.
- Knowledge of marketing technology platforms like HubSpot, Meta, Google Analytics, and AdWords.
**Compensation**:
- Between COP $6,000,000 and COP $8,000,000 based on experience.
