**Location**: Remote

**Salary**: USD $3.5 per hour (COP $2,168.000/Mo) + Bonuses and Commissions

**Hours**: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Are you passionate about sales and looking for a dynamic opportunity to showcase your skills? We are currently seeking a Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Rep, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication, relationship building, and customer engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers.
- Identify and qualify leads, demonstrating a strong understanding of our products and services.
- Present product information, features, and benefits to prospective customers.
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced English (C1) is a must have.
- Previous experience in sales is a must have.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
