About the Role: As a Insurance, you will be the main point of contact between customers, sales, and service personnel. Your role is to provide exceptional support and assistance, demonstrating a strong service orientation. Clear and tactful communication skills, both internally and externally, are essential. In-depth knowledge of insurance concepts, practices, and procedures is required.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Build positive relationships with customers by effectively communicating and providing outstanding service.
- Address customer needs and follow up on issues to ensure successful resolution.
- Document responses accurately in a solution item format.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, delivering accurate information with courtesy.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Gather immediate and accurate customer feedback.
- Utilize available tools effectively.
- Handle routine calls and correspondence while occasionally deviating from standard procedures.
- Provide high-quality customer satisfaction, responding to inquiries from members and stakeholders in a courteous and professional manner.
- Perform any additional duties as requested by supervisors or management.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in the Insurance industry.
- 2-3 years of customer service experience.
- High school diploma.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
**Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Quick to learn and adapt to technological tools.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- Analytical mindset.

- Excellent spelling and diction.

Pay: $2,300,000 - $2,500,000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Medellín, Antioquia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
