**Tipo de contrato**: Laboral / Tiempo completo, 40 horas/semana. Lunes - Viernes, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM MST
**Salario esperado**: Hasta $4.0M
**Resumen del puesto**:
- Como representante de desarrollo de ventas, deberás cumplir unos objetivos específicos, que incluyen 80 llamadas al día y concertar cuatro citas a la semana. Además, será responsable del seguimiento y la documentación de los clientes potenciales en Hubspot CRM.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Llamadas en frío sobre ofertas de empleo, llamadas MPC y trabajo de desarrollo de clientes.
- Cumplir con las métricas específicas, incluyendo 80 llamadas por día y el establecimiento de cuatro citas por semana
- Seguimiento y documentación de clientes potenciales en Hubspot CRM
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência previa en el establecimiento de citas a través del teléfono, que puede ser en cualquier industria.
- Idealmente alguien con experiência en la venta de servicios de reclutamiento y haciendo llamadas en frío MPC
- Capacidad para cumplir con métricas específicas
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación
- Gran capacidad de organización y gestión del tiempo
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y como parte de un equipo
Dominio de Hubspot CRM es un plus.
