What you will do
- Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to interpret complex data sets. Extract meaningful insights and trends to provide actionable recommendations.
- Reporting and Visualization: Design and develop reports and dashboards using Looker Studio from Google. Create visually appealing and intuitive dashboards that effectively communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders.
- Data Modeling: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data models. Develop and maintain data models to support reporting and analysis needs.
- Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across various datasets. Identify and address data quality issues to maintain data integrity.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including but not limited to marketing, sales, and product development to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization. Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Must haves
- +2 years proven experience in data analysis and visualization.
- Proficiency in Looker Studio from Google or similar BI tools.
- Working knowledge in Git and DBT.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Nice to haves
- +2 years Experience with SQL and other programming languages.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques.
- Proficiency with Python libraries such as Pandas and Numpy is a plus.
- Experience working in an Agile environment / Marketing teams
- Certifications in data analysis or related fields (e.g., Google Data Analytics Certificate).
