Job Overview
The Quality Assurance Metrics Coordinator within the Quality Support Center (QSC) is responsible for orchestrating the collection and examination of data to enhance the Quality Management Review (QMR) and Metrics Programs at UPS Healthcare. This role involves identifying significant deficiencies in the existing QMR and Metrics initiatives and, when necessary, proposing enhancements that align with the overarching Quality strategy. Furthermore, the specialist extracts and evaluates data from various systems (such as the Quality Management System), identifies potential risks, and communicates findings to upper management.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborates with the QA Management Review and Metrics Supervisor to gather, analyze, and report data from multiple systems (including dashboards, KPIs, and databases). Assists in the management review metrics process, encompassing data collection, conceptual design, impact assessment, implementation, and verification. Aids in the transition and collection of KPI data extraction from manual Quality Management Systems and other platforms (e.g., eQMS, Power BI). Conducts comprehensive business analytics and data analysis of compliance data, including research, variance analysis, trend evaluation, and reporting. Supports all aspects of reporting, data analytics, performance metrics management, and communication of best practices. Addresses any Management Review and Metrics inquiries directed to the QSC. Proposes modifications and continuous improvement strategies to higher management.Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Familiarity with healthcare regulations (e.g., cGMP, GDP, GMP) is preferred. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards is advantageous. Proficient in English Understanding of Quality Management Systems is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access). Capable of capturing and documenting precise information; thoroughly learns subjects; completes tasks meticulously; provides necessary details upon request; maintains organized documentation. Identifies potential process gaps and recommends feasible improvements. Exhibits strong time management skills, effectively working within deadlines.Minimum Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) – Preferred Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Science or a related field – PreferredEmployment Type: Permanent
