Role Summary:

Will be responsible for a variety of administrative and financial tasks to ensure the smooth operation of their business.

This includes managing accounts payable, data entry, issuing invoices, and liaising with accountants.

The role also involves budget reviews, staffing purchase orders, handling engagement letters, internal event bookings, and managing the CEOs email inbox.


Key Responsibilities:

Finance:

  • Manage accounts payable and data entry
  • Issue invoices and follow up on payments across multiple accounts and currencies

Budget Management:

  • Review and monitor project budgets to ensure financial accuracy and compliance Staffing and Contracting:
  • Create purchase orders for staffing needs

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an assistant to a CEO or similar high-level executive role

  • Strong financial acumen and experience with invoicing and budget reviews
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in using various office software, including the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Selfstarter with the ability to work independently and consistently meet goals without needing constant supervision
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a preference for engaging in recurrent tasks
  • Experience working with international teams and clients is highly desirable

Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with financial event management - Prior experience in a remote working environment.
