About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Management Partner to join our team at Kyndryl. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge account strategies to drive proactive account growth and minimize erosion in renewals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and minimize erosion in renewals
  • Build and maintain deep customer connections, bringing the best of Kyndryl to the table and building trusted relationships with top-level executives
  • Collaborate with other sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process
  • Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts and drive new opportunities and expansion of existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience running account P&L
  • Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
  • 5 years of experience managing sales process end-to-end
  • Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
  • Open-minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers
