Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA Analyst with a strong background in formalized process training and standards. The ideal candidate should have at least 4-5 years of solid experience in quality assurance, with the ability to read and understand Python code, but not necessarily write it. Proficiency in technical writing and hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and DevOps is essential. Experience in the transportation sector is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance tests to ensure product functionality and reliability.
  • Develop, document, and implement quality assurance standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand product changes and quality implications.
  • Utilize Jira, Confluence, and DevOps tools for tracking and managing QA activities.
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation and reports on QA findings and processes.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues found during testing, and coordinate with developers for resolution.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a QA Analyst.
  • Familiarity with formalized QA processes and standards.
  • Ability to read and understand Python code.
  • Strong technical writing skills.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and DevOps tools.

Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience in the transportation industry.

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree or certification in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • QA certification is a plus.
