  • Auditar diariamente los procesos de reclutamiento y calidad.

  • Comunicación asertiva, capacidad analítica y puntualidad en reportes.
  • Comunicación escrita clara y legible para cualquier audiencia.
  • Facilidad numérica para el análisis.
  • Disposición para atender a las personas y responder a preguntas de los reclutadores.
