Job Description:
Job Summary
The individual manages Chargebacks created by Credit Card that did not auto match and resolve these items daily. The AR US Credit Card group works collaboratively to ensure that all Chargebacks tasks (Disputes, Balancing, Adjustments and resubmits) are completed timely.
Responsibilities:
- Analytical and dispute all Chargebacks created by customer through the multiple Bank platforms.
- Balancing the different accounts and invoices in UPS systems according to bank reports
- Correctly adjust invoices and accounts considering the accounting impact it has for the company
- Research multiple UPS systems when needed to resolve items.
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's degree on Finance and Accounting or related.
- 6 months minimum in accounting experience.
Languages:
- English - Advanced (70%).
Other:
- Attention to details.
- Great analytical skills
- Prioritization: the workload must be organized to ensure issues are addressed on a timely basis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

- Schedule: 7:00 am a 5:00 pm - Monday to Friday
