Job Description:

GBS Intermediate Fraud Analyst

Grade: 8

City: Medellin

Job Description:

This position monitors, measures and communicates fraud exposure and potential risks to minimize fraud by investigating suspicious use of UPS products, processes, and services. He/she provides direction, support, documents and communicate customer needs and solutions. Performs other tasks as requested. The communication is 100% Bilingual with customers.

Responsibilities

  • To Prepare and send the documentation required.
  • To do analysis and process paperwork of the process assigned.
  • To provide solutions and follow up to the requirements.
  • To contact customers when is required
  • Validate and verify customer information and identification.

Requirements:

  • Education: Technical or professional degree in administrative or engineering careers
  • Experience: At least 6 months of experience in administrative work in finance areas: collections, A/R, A/P, Billing.
  • English: B2 speaking and writing

Other details:

  • Hours: 7am to 5pm or 5:30pm subject to assignments
  • Grade: 008
  • Type of job: In office and remote – Medellín (as settled for the Location following rules from the site for hybrid model)
