Job Description:

Job Summary:

The individual manages COD ECM's and assists with some COD internal inquiries. The COD group works collaboratively to ensure that all COD tasks (Inbound/Outbound Mail, Mail Prep, Sorting, Processing, COD Exceptions, and Banking) are completed timely.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer ECM inquiries related to COD's and Tracers.
  • Follow up with internal and external customers as needed.
  • Contact customers for missing information and/or provide additional details on the resolution.
  • Work with internal UPS functions and external customers to resolve issues.
  • The workload must be prioritized to ensure issues are addressed on a timely basis.

Qualifications:

  • Professionals in Accounting, Finance or related.
  • 6 months in Customer Services experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, and Excel
  • Intermediate English (Writing B2, speaking B1).

  • Assertive communication.
  • Problem solving.
  • Adaptability.

Other Details:

  • Grade: 008
  • Shift: Monday to Friday 6:00am – 4:00pm
  • Modality: Hybrid, 2 months on site, 4 months home office. First three months at office. There are some factors that may influence on the definition of the times and spaces to work.
