Como Representante de Desarrollo de Ventas, serás responsable de asegurar que se alcancen los objetivos de crecimiento de ventas de la empresa.

Somos una empresa de rápido crecimiento, y queremos llevar nuestro negocio al siguiente nivel.

Pensando en tu bienestar y estabilidad laboral, te ofrecemos las siguientes condiciones laborales:

Horario:
De 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m. de lunes a viernes.
Salario negociable dependiendo de tu experiencia y nivel de inglés.
Comisiones en dólares. ($800 USD por venta)
Contrato a término indefinido.
Póliza de salud Sura, cuando cumplas un año con nosotros.

Como nuestro Sales Development Manager, serás responsable de:
Desarrollar y liderar una estrategia efectiva que permita alcanzar los objetivos de crecimiento de ventas de la empresa.
Trabajar de cerca con el equipo de marketing y ventas para desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias efectivas de ventas.
Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias efectivas y construir relaciones sólidas con los clientes potenciales.
Analizar y utilizar datos para mejorar la eficacia de los procesos de generación de leads.
Construir relaciones sólidas y de confianza con los clientes potenciales para convertirlos en clientes leales.

El candidato ideal tendrá:
Inglés nativo.
Un historial probado de éxito en ventas.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.
La habilidad de trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.
Una actitud positiva y proactiva.
Fuertes habilidades de organización y manejo del tiempo.
Una ética de trabajo sólida y una mentalidad impulsada por los resultados.
Experiencia probada en liderazgo y gestión de equipos de generación de leads o ventas.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
Capacidad para desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias efectivas de generación de leads y ventas.
Orientado a los resultados y capaz de trabajar bajo presión.
Fuertes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para tomar decisiones basadas en datos.
Experiencia en el uso de herramientas de automatización de marketing y CRM.
