El rol
Como
Inventory Analyst, serás el responsable de apoyar los procesos del área de inventarios para garantizar la exactitud del inventario de datafonos, merchandising, accesorios y Sim cards.
Deberás:
- Revisar periódicamente de forma física todos los datáfonos que son recibidos por motivos de garantías, devoluciones y offboarding en nuestros operadores.
- Definir si los datáfonos se encuentran aptos para venta, deben destruirse o repararse de acuerdo al procedimiento establecido.
- Actualizar el estado de los datáfonos en el sistema y gestionar traslados para disponibilizar los datáfonos revisados.
- Apoyar la gestión con el operador encargado la destrucción de los equipos que no cumplen el estándar de la compañía de forma periódica.
- Diseñar e implementar un reporte que permita conocer el resultado de la destrucción a las diferentes áreas involucradas.
- Realizar de forma periódica inventarios cíclicos con la fuerza comercial (Outbound, Enterprise, SMB y Stands) permitiendo realizar un control efectivo del inventario.
- Implementar inventarios cíclicos en las bodegas de almacenamiento de datáfonos.
- Apoyar el proceso de alistamientos de datáfonos en zona franca cuando sea necesario
5 Control de Sim Cards:
- Actualizar el archivo de control de Sim cards.
- Revisar consumo de datos y desactivar/activar/solicitar Sim cards.
