Job Title: Regional Marketing Growth Business Partner

Marsh LAC has an exciting opportunity for the role Regional Marketing Growth Business Partner. This role, based in Bogotá, Colombia, is responsible for developing and managing the growth marketing strategy for different practices and lines of business. As a key member of the marketing team, you will report directly to the regional Head of Marketing for the Risks business. Your role involves collaborating with regional and local marketing teams to drive business growth and client engagement with consistent strategies across all channels.

What we expect from you:

  • Provide expert guidance and support in marketing and communications to business leaders within Marsh McLennan.
  • Brand positioning: Strengthen Marsh McLennan's brand reputation through integrated marketing campaigns, including digital content, social media, and industry events.
  • Sales Enablement: Drive a marketing strategy aligned with the go-to-market strategy to support sales growth and client retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or Mass Communications.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in marketing and communications management.
