This is an excellent opportunity to join our ever-growing team in Betsson's LATAM Hub located in Bogota, Colombia.

THE CHALLENGE:

The Procurement Business Partner LATAM will have the responsibility of the procurement function within the LATAM region.

A FLAVOUR OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • The Procurement Business Partner LATAM is an experienced procurement professional with main goal to own the Procurement partnership with LATAM Business department(s):
- managing the Procurement Strategy, Engagement and Sourcing,
- driving the Supplier Management and Purchasing Cycle,
- contributing to the company profit identifying savings,
- monitoring and influencing performance of key suppliers and
- managing supplier risks while supporting the business in delivering its objectives.

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • representing Procurement within LATAM region as a business-oriented consultant
- aiming overall Procurement efficiency and reducing its time-to-market,
- supporting and developing category strategy collaborating with central Procurement Team in Malta,
- driving the regional adoption and execution of the Procurement Business Process,
- working closely with regional and central process stakeholders (including Commercial, Legal, Compliance, Tech Evaluation Team, Finance,) to implement the best agreement and identify / mitigate related risk,
- ensuring quality of the Procurement Services for any covered spend (including Marketing, Tech,) to the Business,
- identifying and executing data-led spend optimizations and savings opportunities,
- managing supplier performance and guaranteeing risk-based supplier performance review,
- any other tasks / Projects assigned by the Head of Procurement.

YOU'RE GOOD AT:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field
  • CIPS qualification beneficial
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge in MS Office (especially MS Excel)
  • Good communication and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Wellorganised and good time management skills
  • Experience in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
  • Experience in ProcuretoPay (P2P) processes
- proactive working on own initiative taking ownership of problems
- committed and driven individual who takes pride in the work

  • Excellent Spanish and English writing / communication / presentation skills
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders like Finance, Legal, Compliance, Marketing and Tech
  • Experience in G&A/Overhead, Marketing and / or Tech Procurement
  • Industry experience is a plus but not a requirement

REPORTING LINE:

The Procurement Business Partner LATAM is an experienced procurement function which reports into the Head of Procurement (MALTA) for assigned Business Department(s) in LATAM and therefore guarantees:

  • the distribution of Procurement communications and policies to increase and maintain Procurement awareness
- appropriate visibility of ongoing Procurement activities is delivered to allow support in joint decision-taking and team reporting
- ownership of roll-out and adoption of Procurement digitalization program (eProcurement Platform)
- interaction with central Procurement Tam to strive overall Procurement excellence
- active contribution and support Head of Procurement in development of Procurement strategies and digitalization program within LATAM region.
