Diseñar, ejecutar y hacer seguimiento al plan de mercadeo de la compañía con el fin de alcanzar Ia eficiencia en términos de Inversión vs.

Resultados. Cumplir con las regulaciones y estándares, y proteger la reputación pública de la organización. Desarrollar e implementar planes de marketing para productos / servicios de la organización para cumplir los objetivos establecidos. Igualmente realiza todo el análisis de mercado y liderazgo en el lanzamiento de nuevos productos en la región andina.

Sus acciones están enfocadas a contribuir en los esfuerzos del área comercial en cada zona o canal asignado, y velar por Ia consistencia de las estrategias de Ia compañía.


Responsabilidades:

  • Definir y ejecutar los planes estratégicos de Mercadeo que conduzcan al desarrollo y crecimiento del negocio
  • Proporciona dirección de marketing en el desarrollo de los portafolios de productos y servicios
  • Generación y sostenimiento de relación de largo plazo con KOL
  • Evaluar variables externas e internas que afecten el mercado, los productos, los precios, las marcas y los planes promocionales con el fin de desarrollar o ajustar campañas que permitan mantener el posicionamiento de mercado esperado
  • Comunicar las estrategias de productos y servicios alineados a las estrategias de marketing de la compañía
  • Distribuir, controlar y autorizar cada uno de los rubros a ejecutar dentro del presupuesto de mercadeo
  • Trabajar con la fuerza de ventas en su trabajo en el campo, dando retroalimentación sobre las variables de mercadeo con énfasis en el manejo del mensaje de los productos y apoyar la búsqueda de oportunidades de negocio
  • Desarrollar y desplegar el lanzamiento de nuevos productos o líneas en los países a cargo coordinando desde la investigación de mercado hasta el lanzamiento del producto a fuerza de ventas, clientes y consumidor final
  • Evaluación y gestión a los grants solicitados por la fuerza de ventas
  • Evaluar y desarrollar casos de negocio de acuerdo a la estrategia global, regional y local de mercadeo
  • Extraer hallazgos clave de literatura clínica que este alineada y agregue valor a las estrategias de mercadeo.
  • Utiliza principios de economía de la salud para proporcionar información estratégica de valor a las estrategias de ventas.

Requisitos del perfil:

  • Bilingüe (Inglés
  • Español)
  • Reconocido como un experto de los productos y servicios de ConvaTec
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, verbales y no verbales, se siente cómodo presentando a diferentes tipos de audiencias y culturas
  • Fuerte experiência en roles que requieren un profundo entendimiento del sistema y regulaciones de la salud
  • Habilidades desarrolladas de investigación de mercados, realización y seguimiento de reportes
  • Habilidades técnicas y financieras para evaluar modelos de negocio 2 Convatec 202
  • Experiência en el área preferiblemente en dispositivos médicos, farma o ciencias de la salud
  • Experiência en gestión de proyectos multifuncionales.
  • Capacidad superior de adaptación de estrategias de mercadeo regionales/globales a la realidad del mercado
  • Entendimiento profundo de estrategias de mercadeo tradicional y digital
  • Avanzado entendimiento de las bases y dinámicas del mercado de dispositivos médicos
  • Amplia experiência en definición, evaluación y desarrollo de mix de productos
