About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analytics Manager to join our team at Extreme Networks. As a key member of our Marketing organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and informing marketing strategies through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting capabilities to track sales plays and integrated campaigns.
  • Partner with web and digital marketing leadership to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for web and digital performance.
  • Design and implement data visualizations and dashboards to track campaign performance and sales plays.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret raw marketing data from various sources to inform marketing strategies.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and improve return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and align analytics efforts with marketing goals.
  • Assist marketing team in A/B testing and other experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing best practices for data collection and analysis.
  • Support demand generation efforts by analyzing lead generation data and identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Bizible, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms like Marketo is a must.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies is a plus.
  • Ability to drive results and self-directed in today's virtual work environment.
