As a
Back Office Specialist, you will aim to support the administrative tasks related to our client's administrative and accounting processes.


Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

  • Process billing invoices accurately and efficiently using accounting software.
  • Verify billing data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Generate and distribute invoices to clients in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile billing statements and resolve any billing issues or discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to streamline billing and invoicing procedures.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for billing documents.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis as needed.

Minimum requirements:

Studies: High school degree is
required. Desirable studies (but not required) in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Foreign Languages, Foreign Trade, or Logistics related.

Experience: Desirable experience with billing. Having experience in customer service, administrative tasks, back office, or any other related would be a plus.

Language: Excellent English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

Schedule:Monday to Friday,
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., following the American Calendar.

Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.

Location: Only for
Medellín. This position will be
on-site at WeWork Santa Fe (El Poblado).

Salary: COP + Transportation Allowance COP).
