As a
Back Office Specialist, you will aim to support the administrative tasks related to our client's operational and accounting processes.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
- Process invoices and clean errors on the data to proceed with billing.
- Perform data entry of different types of documentation associated with our client's operational processes.
- Confirm that scanned paperwork, pictures, and documentation are attached to each dock receipt, booking, and bill of lading.
- Ensure communication is clear and detailed to limit delays or misunderstandings among parties.
Minimum requirements:

Studies: High School Degree is
required. Desirable (not required) studies in International Business, Business Administration, Finances, Accounting, or Logistics related. Other studies are also considered.

Experience: at least
6 months of experience in back office roles, data entry, order entry, administrative positions, or customer service.

Language: Good English skills. B2 or higher is required.

Schedule:Monday to Friday,
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., following the American Calendar.

Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.

Location: Only for Medellín. this position will be hybrid, based at WeWork Santa Fe (El Poblado).

Salary: COP + Transportation Allowance COP).
