Job Description

The role of an Ad Operations Specialist aims to provide you with comprehensive training in popular digital marketing platforms such as Facebook and Google. It also offers hands-on experience in data reporting and analytics.

Key aspects of the position:
  • Building digital ads and campaigns on major platforms like Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, TheTradeDesk, DV360, etc.
  • Generating detailed reports on customer and marketing data.
  • Conducting quantitative analysis on paid media performance for actionable insights.
  • Managing ad creative elements.
  • Implementing proprietary technology and industry best practices.
RequirementsWhat's needed:
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to evaluate candidates based on their English proficiency.
  • Familiarity with Excel.
  • Capability to evaluate candidates without prior experience with international clients.
  • Selected candidates will primarily focus on Ad Ops duties regardless of their background.
  • Proficiency in Excel is a must, along with a B2/C1 level of English.
