Proficient in L2 support, server administration, AD (Active Directory), network engineering, L3 support, and Microsoft 365 administration.
Responsibilities and more:
- Ensure that the L2 and L3 support team provides timely and accurate support daily, meeting individual and team KPIs.
- Provide precise and timely feedback on processes to enhance and automate them.
- Ensure process compliance.
- Occasionally provide client support.
