Compensation:
COP 2.5M - 3.5M/month.

Location:
Remote (for Colombia residents).

Skills:
Proficient in L2 support, server administration, AD (Active Directory), network engineering, L3 support, and Microsoft 365 administration.

Responsibilities and more:

  • Ensure that the L2 and L3 support team provides timely and accurate support daily, meeting individual and team KPIs.
  • Provide precise and timely feedback on processes to enhance and automate them.
  • Ensure process compliance.
  • Occasionally provide client support.
