Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule meetings, organize and file documents, and manage correspondence
Arrange and support HR compliance
Evaluate a nd participate the Guest Service process
Support the implementation of new operational procedures
Monitor and track budgets, generate reports, and analyze data
Work with other team members to solve operational problems
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field preferred
Proven experience in administrative or operations support roles
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
