Job Title: Leasing Assistant - LATAM
Location: Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 1800 USD

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST

Position Overview:

The Leasing Assistant will support the leasing team with various tasks, including handling communication, managing work orders, and assisting with leasing documentation. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in leasing management software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication:
    • Answer general leasing and resident service calls.
    • Send and receive leasing emails, organize the inbox, and answer general leasing questions.
    • Manage RM Text Line and Clerk SMS to handle prospect texts, send follow-ups, and provide necessary information.
  • Work Order Management:
    • Enter and manage work orders, ensuring they are closed or organized for reprint as needed.
  • Leasing Support:
    • Assist with leasing email tasks, flag documents for review, and send open house information.
    • Add new prospects in RM and follow up multiple times through text and email.
    • Manage Zillow prospects by answering questions, sending links to current availability, and auditing applications daily.

Qualifications:

  • Fully bilingual in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Rent Manager software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Customer service experience is highly preferred.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in a similar leasing support role.
  • Familiarity with customer service practices.
