Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST
Work setup: Remote, Bogota/Medellin
Responsibilities: Navigate Your Way to Success
- Conduct comprehensive research on land titles, ownership, and potential encumbrances using a variety of sources, ensuring accurate and reliable data for project needs.
- Participate in preparing lease agreements and contracts, securing exploration and production rights, and focusing on ethical practices and organizational goals.
- Efficiently organize and maintain critical records of all land-related documents, including leases, contracts, titles, and communication logs, in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the analysis of land and lease data to support strategic planning, contributing to reports and presentations that inform decision-making processes within the organization.
- Work collaboratively with teams across departments to ensure a cohesive approach to land acquisition and management, aligning project objectives with the company’s strategic goals.
- Pursue ongoing learning to build expertise in the legal, regulatory, and environmental aspects of land management.
Requirements
Qualifications Needed: Unlock Your Potential
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word), Google (Sheets/Docs), and Adobe Acrobat
- Access to a computer equipped with a reliable camera, microphone, and internet connection
- Familiar with data-entry context
- English Level: C1
