y conocimiento en intervenciones técnicas brinde el soporte ante cualquier eventualidad o requerimiento relacionado con su área de
trabajo.
Responde a las necesidades técnicas del cliente asignado, asegurándose de la correcta ejecución en la base instalada o en las
instalaciones a implementar en el cliente, velando por la satisfacción del cliente. Siempre tiene como prioridad su seguridad y uso de sus EPP y
la atención y servicio al cliente.
El Field technician trabaja de forma alineada y cercana con los roles de su departamento y las áreas de apoyo
para asegurar que las metas, estrategias y objetivos del área se lleven a cabo.
Se adapta fácilmente a los cambios entiende la cultura
organizacional.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Realizar las actividades técnicas asignadas por la empresa de acuerdo a los requerimientos de los clientesSatisfacer las necesidades generales
del cliente en instalación, mantenimiento e ingeniería.
Presentarse con las herramientas de trabajo, en el lugar, hora y fecha indicada para
brindar soporte técnico al cliente asignado.
Mejorar los níveles de disponibilidad de los equipos a través de la realización de los mantenimientos
requeridos.
Mantenimiento continuo tanto preventivo como correctivo de los equipos.
Instalación de equipos, redes y/o repuestos.
Cumplir con
los tiempos de atención y reparación acorde con los acuerdos de nível de servicio (ANS)Minimizar la salida de funcionamiento de los sistemas
y/o equipos del cliente y evitar penalizaciones o multas contractualmente establecidas.
Soportar y asesorar procesos técnicos relacionados conla instalación y mantenimientos de los productos ofrecidos.

Equipos)Atender a tiempo los requerimientos de los clientes, con el fin de
tomar las decisiones operativas adecuadas.
Garantizar el control del cumplimiento en las horas de llegada a actividades programadas y de
tiempos de respuesta en las actividades asignadas.
Reportar cualquier condición insegura de trabajo y cumplir a cabalidad con los
procedimientos de seguridad de la compañíaUsar todos los EPP asignados para cada maniobra o actividad a ejecutar.
Cuidar y mantener en
correctas condiciones los EPP entregados.

**QUALIFICATIONS

  • Deseable de 5 a 7 años de experiência en el área bien sea de en mantenimiento de equipos eléctricos, electrónicos, mecánicos o refrigeración y

aires acondicionados de precisión (dependiendo la necesidad especifica) Deseable conocimientos adicionales en Instalaciones, montajes y mantenimiento de equipos mecánicos, eléctricos o electrónicos.

Normas industriales, trabajo en alturas y plan de manejo ambiental.
