Responsibilities include planning, recruitment, talent development, reward and recognition, compensation and benefits, industrial relations, and monthly reporting. Grow professionally and leave your unique mark on our team.
You will be responsible for:
- Planning and Quality Improvement: Implement the annual Talent & Culture Department Business Plan.
- Recruitment, Selection and Retention
- Talent Development and Building Organisational Capability
- Reward and Recognition: Drive solutions for reward, recognition, employee well-being, talent management, and leadership programs.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage the salary/award review process.
- Industrial Relations: Handle industrial relations, ensuring proactive communication and documentation.
- Talent & Culture Metrics: Prepare monthly reports.
- Financial Performance: Ensure payroll compliance, budget adherence, and financial planning.
- Bachelor in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in T&C/HR, including recruitment and performance management.
- Understanding of Colombian employment laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
