Support Engineer (Plataformas)
Descripción del empleo
Ser el primer punto de contacto con los usuarios, brindar soporte nível 1 y nível 2 sobre el sistema de información, las plataformas del negocio y los activos de información de la compañía.
Diagnosticar y resolver problemas de software y de hardware, y ayudar a los usuarios a resolver los problemas técnicos del día a día.
Requisitos
Mínimo dos (2) años de experiência en cargos similares.
Formación académica y técnica
- profesional en ingeniería de sistemas o carreras afines.
- Experiência en soporte técnico níveles 1 y
- Conocimientos y experiência en infraestructura
- Conocimientos y experiência en lenguajes de programación
- Conocimientos y experiência con bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales
- Ideal conocimiento del sector Fintech.
