Your experience

  • You have strong problemsolving skills and experience working on important features for a cloudbased product.
  • You've helped operate a cloudbased SaaS product on a significant scale, and you want to do it again.
  • Experience supporting infrastructure using monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Graphana, ELK, Jaeger, and others.
  • Support the deployments including monitoring and providing answers to customer inquiries
  • Participate in an oncall rotation for supporting the systems

Support Reliability Engineers at Inswitch ensure that the platform remains stable, reliable, and secure for the world's largest and most innovative companies.

You will support product developers, and customers and consult with product developers whenever there is a performance or scalability concern.


Day to day, this will look like this:

  • Create new customer environments. Assist customers with the API integration, and guide them through the product onboarding process.
  • Establish and monitor SLOs for the organization, working with the product and operations teams to ensure they are met.
  • Building and maintaining monitoring, observability, and autoscaling solutions for our own services, as well as those we purchase from AWS.
  • Drafting and maintenance of support runbooks and operations documentation.
  • Participate in customer calls to either present a feature or guide the customer through its integration.
  • Provide oncall operational support for production on a rotation.
