Proporcionamos servicios jurídicos, financieros y de administración de empleados a través de los equipos de TMF Group en 125 oficinas.
Responsabilidades clave:
- Apoyar al equipo en la creación y mantenimiento de datos de Clientes y Empleados en el Sistema de Nóminas que puede incluir carpetas de archivo, instrucción de trabajo, calendario de nóminas, fuente de confianza, etc.
- Realiza trabajo diario de complejidad media, registros de nóminas tales como registros de clientes y empleados en las autoridades españolas, entrada de datos en el sistema de nóminas, preparación del archivo local de pensiones, apoyo en la administración de los beneficios de los empleados (permisos, reclamaciones, etc.), asuntos relacionados con RRHH, etc.
- Realizar las presentaciones reglamentarias
- Realizar solicitudes de fondos bancarios/nóminas, supervisar los plazos bancarios y garantizar la entrega puntual. Realizar la conciliación bancaria. Asistir en el registro de usuarios en las cuentas bancarias.
- Cumplimiento de las normas ISAE 3402 / ISO 2700
- Asistir en la puesta en marcha, si se solicita, y gestionar la administración para nuevos clientes.
- Cumplimentar las hojas de asistencia de forma precisa y puntual.
- Realizar otras tareas que se le asignen.
Requisitos Importantes:
- Técnico, Tecnólogo o estudiante de al menos 5to semestre en contabilidad o áreas afines (Preferentemente con formación en nómina).
- Alto dominio de Excel.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência en elaboración y liquidación de nómina, cargue de novedades, reportes a seguridad social, cálculos de retención en la fuente.
