Position Summary:

Premise is experiencing growth and seeks to expand its high-performing team by adding a Recruitment Manager.

The role entails managing the comprehensive process of mass recruitment for the field area, including vacancy fulfillment, coordination, follow-up, and establishing relationships with contractors.

The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for reviewing profiles, ensuring operational resources are available to minimize response times.

What You Will Do:
  • Coordinate the design and/or updating of recruitment procedures, talent attraction and promotion.
  • Manage and monitor the agreed indicators (KPI and SLA), guaranteeing the updating of the process.
  • Build, review and approve the creations and updates to the organization's job profiles for field.
  • Accompaniment to leaders and new collaborators in the onboarding process to the company.
  • Participation in the agility team in the construction and development of strategies to improve and optimize the attraction process.
  • Communication with contractors in all matters relating to the recruitment process, operations, strategies, follow up.
  • Creation and monitoring of a functional and effective recruitment strategy.
  • Active involvement in the agility team to construct and refine strategies that enhance and optimize the attraction process.
  • Gathering, processing, and interpretation of the main recruitment management KPIs (Effectiveness, Quality, Opportunity, Market, etc.)

What You Bring Along:

  • Professional in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or related fields.
  • 5 + years of experience leading massive recruitment process for operations people.
  • At least B1 in English level.
  • Experience leading more than 300 people in recruitment and selection teams for the hiring of massive and specialized profiles.
