¿Qué harás en esta posición?
Desarrollar y liderar la estrategia de marketing basada en datos para posicionar la compañía en los mercados de Colombia, Perú y Brasil.
Construir y analizar datos para optimizar las herramientas y el gasto en marketing, identificando áreas de mejora y eficiencias.Liderar equipos de trabajo, asegurando una ejecución eficiente en el análisis de precios, mercados, entre otrosGenerar informes y presentaciones que faciliten la toma de decisiones basadas en datos.
Colaborar estrechamente con otros departamentos para alinear las estrategias de marketing con los objetivos de growth.¿Qué debes tener previamente?
Experiencia mínima de 5 años en análisis de datos y marketing, preferiblemente en startups.
Habilidad en el liderazgo de equipos de trabajo.
Competencia en herramientas analíticas y de gestión de datos como Excel avanzado, Google Analytics, SQL, Mongo y Power BI.Inglés conversacional nivel B2 o C1 Conocimiento de portugués (es un plus).Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo, con una mentalidad proactiva, orientada a resultados y a la optimización de procesos.
