Conjointly is a leading provider of quantitative research services to businesses worldwide. We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Market Researcher to join our Americas team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research Analysis and Report Building
    • Collaborate with clients to design and execute research projects that meet their objectives.
    • Develop project proposals and create detailed research plans.
    • Design and implement research methodologies, including questionnaire design and data analysis.
    • Analyze survey data using Excel and R, and present findings in PowerPoint reports.
    • Deliver reports to clients via video conferencing.
  • Platform Support
    • Provide expert support to users of the Conjointly platform, including technical assistance and guidance on research methodologies.
    • Conduct platform demos and training sessions for new users.
    • Assist users in executing their research projects on the platform.
  • Other Tasks
    • Support the Americas team in various tasks, including research, development, and administration.
Requirements
  • Excellent proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Interest in research and quantitative methodologies.
  • Critical and logical thinking, good numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excel proficiency.
  • PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Experience with a programming language, preferably R.
  • Experience with statistical analysis, including confidence intervals, significance tests, and model noise.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field, such as Statistics, Marketing, Mathematics, or Sociology.
Nice to Have
  • Masters degree in a quantitative field.
  • Experience with Conjoint or MaxDiff.
  • At least two years' experience in a research or research adjacent role.
  • Spanish language fluency.
