As a
Account Executive, you will Works with Sales Manager and Sales team to develop strategies to reach the quota.


Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

  • Outbound phone calls to new potential customers in order to achieve the objectives of the sales plan.
  • Searches customer records using company CRM system and provides necessary information and or reports to sales manager and team members.
  • Generates leads and develops the interest for a Discovery Call.
  • Leads the Discovery Call and negotiation Process until closing new customers.
  • Works with Sales Manager and Sales team to develop strategies to reach the quota.
  • Sets daily, weekly and monthly sales goals and achieves goals.

Minimum requirements:

Studies: High School Degree is
required. desirable studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Industrial Engineering, Finances, Logistics or any other career related.

Experience: 5 years of experience in general sales// Minimum 4 years of BPO Sales experience
// Experence selling to US companies//

Language: C1+ English level. Excellent pronunciation and writting

Schedule:Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We work by the American calendar.

Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.

Places: Only for Medellin. The position will be
Remote.

Salary: $ 5' or more COP.
