Responsabilidades:

  • Definir estrategias de ventas y prospectar clientes.
  • Networking presencial+virtual con roles clave en prospectos de cliente.
  • Generar un pipeline de ventas saludable con el apoyo del equipo de generación de demanda y acciones de prospección individuales.
  • Realizar el ciclo comercial hasta el cierre de los negocios.
  • Hacer la presentación comercial de los productos y servicios en conjunto con el experto técnico.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de las metas de venta individuales y gestionar la facturación de los servicios vendidos.
  • Cultivar y hacer crecer las cuentas hasta que se conviertan en Key accounts.

Experiência.

  • Deseable que haya trabajado en empresas B2B que venden:
  • Servicios de tecnología como casas de desarrollo de software
  • Venta de servicios de infraestructura o redes.
  • Venta de software de paquete como SAP, o cualquier otro software comercial.
  • Al menos 3 años como Account Executive en empresas de tecnología.

Habilidades.

  • Empatía y calidez para relacionarse con los prospectos de clientes.
  • Conocimiento en la venta de servicios profesionales basados en software.
  • Manejo de CRM.
  • Relacionamiento con ejecutivos
  • Habilidades de prospección y auto motivación.
  • Orientación al logro.
  • Manejo de suite ofimática.
  • Habilidades administrativas y de gestión.
  • Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación tanto oral como escrita.
  • Generar engagement y convencer en las presentaciones comerciales / Sentido del humor
  • Entusiasta y autodidacta para aprender nuevas tecnologías.
  • Habilidades de negociación.
