Principal Responsibilities:
Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business
Attending meetings with business development team and acting as a technical expert
Scoping out different projects and support opportunities
Should be able to do extensive research in any technical area where we are unable to provide any solution to the client and quickly provide options internally
Putting together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals
Working closely with customers to understand and capture their requirements
Replying to customers following requests for information and proposal requests
Documenting statement of work post full understanding of the case
Documenting creating powerpoint presentations for relevant solutions
Should be able to envision the client requirements conceptualize a solution quickly
Presenting proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team partners
Producing detailed costing for customers and ensuring the contract is profitable
Working with the internal management team to understand the skill set availability resource requirements of specific projects
Coordinating with the internal delivery team throughout the project/opportunity life cycle
Documenting process/work flows related to the support/project opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Pre-Sales Solution Architect, should be able to work in onshore/offshore model supporting onshore Pre-Sales and Sales teams.
Understand client business goals and outcomes and aligns the company solutions to client's end to end architectural framework.
Ability to conduct as-is technology discovery, understand current state pain points and hold/participate in workshops and whiteboard sessions
Ability to work with ambiguity in client requirements and size the effort to the solution proposed with appropriate assumptions and decision-making process while seeking other team members guidance for complex or cross cutting technologies.
Develop compelling propositions for clients, including writing proposals and contracting those proposals with clients and support Sales team members to build commercials
Play a key role in expanding our Cloud CoE practice through writing Case Studies, White Papers and Blogs and brown bag sessions.
Stay connected and educated with the industry trends, change in technology and market trends and how it might be benefitting our customer base.
