Marketing Executive

WHAT YOU WILL DO


Provide valuable insights and contribute with the strategy and planning of the marketing and commercial strategy of the franchise to support the business growth and goals accomplishment.

This position reports to the Product Manager and is based in Bogotá, Colombia.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Support the development of the local brand plan of mature products to contribute to the franchise strategy.
  • Centralize and analyze available information in order to provide valuable inputs that contribute with the franchise strategy.
  • Support the operations and compliance processes (Ariba, Accrual, CFOinPOCKET, LINC, SFC, Promomats)
  • Support the development and implementation of innovative commercial models and projects in order to get new opportunities.
  • Support the execution and follow up of the franchise events plans to guarantee the completion of processes within the time period and in compliance with all the policies and procedures.
  • Support product material development and approval process in order to implement the promotional strategy.
  • Proactively participate in all the activities defined according to the position and role, within the framework of the SG-SST Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Industrial Engineer, health sciences or a related discipline.
  • Desired at least 1 year of experience in marketing, commercial, or related areas.
  • Demonstrates understanding and experience working under policies and procedures (i.e. Contracts, Meetings & Events, Due diligence, promotional materials).
  • Excel intermediate.
  • Quantitative and Qualitative data analysis.
  • Intermediate English: Fluent written and spoken.
  • Design capabilities (Canva, Adobe Ilustrator, Adobe Photoshop, etc).

Competences & Skills

  • Strong communication skills (with staff, colleagues, and senior management) both written, oral and presentations.
  • Creativity, process and solution design, demonstrating the ability to develop new ideas for the franchise/organization.
  • Focus and influence attitude.
  • Committed with foster diversity, equity and inclusive environment.

PROPOSITO DEL ROL


Proporcionar insights valiosos que contribuyan con la planificación de la estrategia de marketing y comercial de la franquicia para apoyar el crecimiento del negocio y el cumplimiento de las metas.

La posición reporta al Gerente de Producto y está basada en Bogotá, Colombia.

DESAFIOS EN LA POSICIÓN

  • Apoyar el desarrollo del plan de marca local de productos maduros para contribuir a la estrategia de la franquicia.
  • Centralizar y analizar la información disponible para brindar insumos valiosos que contribuyan a la estrategia planteada por la franquicia.
  • Dar soporte a las operaciones y procesos de cumplimiento (Ariba, Accrual, CFOinPOCKET, LINC, SFC, Promomats).
  • Apoyar el desarrollo e implementación de modelos y proyectos comerciales innovadores para la obtención de nuevas oportunidades.
  • Apoyar la ejecución y seguimiento del plan de eventos de la franquicia para garantizar la culminación de los procesos en el tiempo y cumplimiento de todas las políticas y procedimientos.
  • Apoyar el proceso de desarrollo y aprobación del material del producto para implementar la estrategia promocional.
  • Participar proactivamente en todas las actividades definidas de acuerdo al cargo y rol, en el marco del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo SG-SST.

A QUIEN BUSCAMOS

Experiência y educación

  • Pregrado en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Ciencias de la salud o carreras afines.
  • 1 año de experiência en áreas de marketing, comerciales o áreas afines.
  • Comprensión y experiência trabajando bajo políticas y procedimientos (con contratos, reuniones y eventos, materiales promocionales, etc).
  • Excel Intermedio.
  • Análisis de datos cuantitativos y cualitativos.
  • Nível de inglés intermedio: Fluidez oral y escrita.
  • Habilidades de diseño es deseable (Canva, Adobe Ilustrator, Adobe Photoshop, etc).

  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación (con personal, colegas, y alta gerencia), tanto comunicación escrita, oral y en presentaciones.
  • Creatividad para gestionar procesos y soluciones, demostrando la capacidad de desarrollar nuevas ideas para la franquicia y/o organización.
  • Enfoque y capacidad de influencia.
