Job Summary:

As a Senior Maintenance Specialist you will ensure compliance with TPMS (Tetra Pak Maintenance System) process and tools.

Drive the implementation and consistent use of the global standards of maintenance management to effectively contribute to system performance and customer experience.

Support development, deployment, improvement of global maintenance recommendations for Packaging equipment.
You can be based in any of our offices in Colombia, Peru or Ecuador.
You will be travelling up to 25% of your time to our customer sites

What you will do:

As a Senior Maintenance Specialist, you will:

  • Drive continuous improvement of maintenance recommendation via advanced analysis.
  • Drive maintenance customer assessments and deliver customer adapted maintenance management to secure system performance.
  • Provide support to the Service Engineers to resolve maintenance related issues, ensure that process is consistently followed and applied to ensure rapid and permanent resolution.
  • Provide support on reviewing maintenance recommendations for Service Contracts.
  • Participate in development of solutions/methodology for improving service quality and productivity of Maintenance Execution team and market stakeholders.
  • Deliver local training, coaching for competence development of new Maintenance Specialist.

We believe you have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Food Science.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical role in Packaging (a plus).
  • Understanding of maintenance and reliability concepts.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Team player, proactive, able to collaborate with different departments and stakeholders, willing to learn, customer focus, analytical mindset, resultsoriented.
  • Paying attention to details, analytical mindset, results driven attitude.
  • Knowledge of Packaging equipment's.
  • Knowledge in Maintenance Reliability.
  • Experience in the front line with customers.
